• Shipping Policy

    Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. If your order is delayed beyond our standard processing time for any reason, we will inform you as soon as possible with updated processing information and delivery dates.

    Shipping Rates

    Shipping rates can vary greatly depending on product type, product quantity, and delivery location. For exact shipping rates, we strongly encourage inputting your "Delivery" information on the Checkout page to receive an exact shipping cost before purchase.

    Domestic (Canadian) shipments are sent with UPS Standard, and International shipments are sent with UPS Worldwide Expedited.*

    *While UPS is our primary shipping carrier, DHL and FedEx may also be used as alternative carriers.

    Delivery Estimates

    Most deliveries take 10-15 business days to arrive after the order has been processed. However, order contents, shipping location, and external carrier factors outside of our control can affect the delivery estimate greatly.

    After your order has been processed, assembled, and shipped, you will receive email communications from PROSARIS indicating that your order has been shipped. This communication will also include the carrier's estimated time of delivery and tracking details.

    Please note that tracking information may be delayed by several hours.

    Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

    PROSARIS ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, Europe, UK, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses in these locations.

    Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    PROSARIS is not responsible for any customs or duties that may be applied to your order. The customer is required to pay any and all taxes applied to their order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (i.e.: tariffs, import taxes).

    Damages

    PROSARIS is not liable for any product damage or lost product during shipping. If you received a damaged order or have reason to believe that your order has been lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
